This week we began to erect and prepare the panels of the ground floor. The first ICF building in Croatia is now going up. We are first working with the help of Pero, a builder who has taken on the challenge.

We still need to prepare the door and window bucks and shore up the pillars on the main walls. Next week we will pour the concrete in the walls, after Boris and team will come to prepare the beams and pillars and lay the first floor. In the meantime, we will begin preparing the panels for the first floor, and when done they will finish up to the flooring of the second floor.
