This month we continued our Carnival Shows “Change the World”, painted murals in 2 schools in Italy, and made a humanitarian trip together with Ivan and Elena to the Karlovac area, bringing aid and smiles! Ivan is a local young person who also comes from a disadvantaged situation, growing up as a refugee himself.

Here is his reaction to the trip. “After 10 years of darkness (due to sickess) it’s wonderful to wake again and start a new adventure! I accompanied Paolo twice to visit the poor and lonely in the Karlovac are and I discovered that personally I enjoy making others happy. I met senior citizens who wer lonely and in poor help, particularly one family who live in worse conditions than myself. We are both war reffugees who lost all and had to start anew from zero. Thank you Paolo, Irene, Anna and Elena who made it possible for me to volonteer with you.”
