We finally were able to finish the first two floors of the center and move in by the 10th of June. It was a lot of work, and a race against time finishing, but we made it!
So far, since moving in, we have had 3 sets of visitors, and the last weekend of June, with 17 people, we were able to see if our center will “stand the test.” So far, no major problems, but we have a ways to go before we are fully set up for this summer.
The next project to finish is an outdoor kitchen for the pizza oven and showers, prepare the attic and log house to receive visitors, plus an area to pitch tents.
