October 2015
This month was certainly a busy one! We began with a Clown Therapy Seminar, where a new group of local young volunteers was born! We did 4 murals: 2 local ones in a kindergarden and a new school room in the Kantrida Childrens’ Hospital, another one in an orphanage in Sarajevo, plus another one in an Italian school near Verona!
2 Aid to the Needy were made this month: 1 to the Karlovac area, and 1 to Bosnia, where we visited not only Mostar and Sarajevo, but went to Srebrenica. They were very interested in us visiting in the future to paint a mural and bring some Smile Therapy!
We also received 4 Awards of Recognition from the city for murals done in schools in 2014! A busy month indeed!
The “Cammino di Per un monad migliore” was completed this month, which, as we mentioned before, is a solidarity walk from near Karlovac in Croatia to near Bihac in Bosnia. Those who journey along this road will stay with Croats, Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Muslims. A very interesting, and beautiful walk indeed of about 200 kms.
